Gym Tour at Newcastle Aquatic Physio

As we head towards the start of our Autumn Wellness Program, which kicks off March 17th, we thought it would be a great time to introduce new clients (and re-familiarise our past clients!) with our gym facility. Our Autumn Wellness group classes will be held Thursdays 11am in our gym area for 6 weeks. Newcastle Aquatic Physiotherapy's gym adjoins, but is separate to, our clinic’s treatment room and contains the same Life Fitness equipment found in all major health club facili

    Follow-Along Workout (No Equipment!)

Our physiotherapist Chloe is back with a fourth follow-along home workout in the lockdown series. If you missed the earlier home workouts, check out number 1 here, number 2 here and number 3 here! As for all of the home workout series no equipment is required! NAP Follow-Along Workout #2

Our physiotherapist Chloe is back with a second follow-along workout while our patrons are self-isolating. We have broken down the workout into 4 short videos: 2 cardio-based sets and 2 strength-based sets. The cardio-based exercises are 30 seconds each with 2 rounds per workout. No equipment is necessary for the cardio workouts as all seated exercises can be performed in standing but we recommend a chair for stability if needed. For the strength based workouts we recommend a

    NAP's Follow-along Isolation Workout!

Our physiotherapist Chloe McKinnon has teamed up with Aveo Newcastle to provide weekly group exercises classes with their residents. Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, we have unfortunately had to discontinue all of our face to face group classes. To keep our participants active we’ve placed a short workout follow-along video similar to our weekly Friday group class. If you are not part of the regular group you are welcome to follow along too! The video can be broken down
