NAP's Follow-along Isolation Workout!
Our physiotherapist Chloe McKinnon has teamed up with Aveo Newcastle to provide weekly group exercises classes with their residents. Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, we have unfortunately had to discontinue all of our face to face group classes. To keep our participants active we’ve placed a short workout follow-along video similar to our weekly Friday group class. If you are not part of the regular group you are welcome to follow along too! Newcastle Aquatic Physiotherapy's Practice Statement RE: COVID-19
UPDATE 25/03/2020: Physiotherapy has been declared an essential service as of 24th March which will allow Newcastle Aquatic Australian Physiotherapy to continue to provide quality care to our patients.
