T'ai Chi for Arthritis for Beginners

Water Tai Chi has been a regular fix on our weekly timetable for years here at Newcastle Aquatic Physiotherapy. We know the importance of exercise and balance, but also how calming the mind has such a beneficial effect also. Due to CoVid-19, however, these classes have had to cease temporarily. We did not want you to miss out completely, though, so Sarah and Jason have done a short video that you can follow along to at home, either sitting or standing depending on your preference.
