Wellness Program

Our Wellness program is an 8 week challenge designed and led by our qualified physiotherapists to help you achieve your health and wellness goals. 

Weeks 1 and 8 will be an initial and follow-up assessment of cardiovascular health, strength, balance, flexibility, weight and more. These consultations are also an opportunity for goal setting in collaboration with our therapist. 

The following 8 weeks will incorporate:

•    A once weekly group exercise program led by our therapist 
•    An individual exercise program (with gym and home options) supervised at our practice 
•    Health education and guidance in exercise, nutrition and mindfulness 

The challenge includes unlimited access to: 

•    Our Fitness Australia certified gym facility 
•    Our clinical hydrotherapy pool 
•    All gym and pool-based group classes running during the program period 


So far we have held the Winter Wellness, Spring Fling and Spring into Summer programs. We announce new programs every few months, so keep an eye out for updates on our blog, Facebook and Instagram pages.
