Yoga Class for all Ages

 Wellness Program

Our Wellness program is a 6 week challenge designed and led by our qualified physiotherapists to help you achieve your health and wellness goals. 


Weeks 1 and 6 will also include an initial and follow-up assessment of cardiovascular health, strength, balance, flexibility,  and more. These consultations are also an opportunity for goal setting in collaboration with our therapist. 


The 6 week program will incorporate:

  • A once weekly group exercise program led by our therapist every Thursday at 11am

  • An individual exercise program (with gym and home options) supervised at our practice 

  • Health education and guidance in exercise, nutrition and mindfulness ​

What’s New:

  • Zoom-based online class alternative available if unable to make the face-to-face class

  • Access to Tuesday Water Tai Chi, Tuesday Strength and Balance and Thursday Aqua Aerobics group classes throughout challenge period

  • Access to our Fitness Australia certified gym facility and our clinical hydrotherapy pool

 

Our expressions of interest are closed for our Autumn Wellness Program, which is running 17th March until 21st April 2022. We will continue to provide updates regarding upcoming classes here or on our social media.
