Water T'ai Chi

Water T'ai Chi is an exercise and relaxation program, used to help people keep fit and prevent diseases. It is ideal for improving range of motion, balance and mobility, increasing circulation and oxygen levels. It can also be used for relaxation. 


Our classes are 30 minutes long and are run by two of our physiotherapists, Sarah and Jason, who are also certified T'ai Chi for Arthritis instructors.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, our T'ai Chi classes have been paused until further notice. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Why would this class be good for me?


If you are looking for a slower-paced water class, which integrates both mental and physical health, and leaves you feeling relaxed, this one is ideal for you.
